The Digital Millennium Copyright Act is designed so that copyright holders can control the distribution of their works. I am in favor of this as a writer since the thought of someone else profiting from my deathless prose is anathema to me.

As a blogger, it can be a pain in the ass. Well over 98% of the content on this website is mine, as it should be. The only exceptions would be the ads, the graphics (I use iStockphoto), an occasional guest post, and the comments section.

For the ads, take it up with the advertiser; for the graphics, complaints should be sent to the provider; for the comments, if someone has blatantly stolen your insightful comparison of the Tokyo Tower to the Eiffel Tower (you know, the one that puts you on the map as a commenter), send me an email at one of the below addresses and I will try to take care of it.
